| 3rd Grade Field Day - 2008 |
Third-Grade Field Day is a day in September where 800 3rd-grade students within the Elk Grove Unified School District come to the Ag Farm at Elk Grove High School and experience "a day on the farm." Stations are set up where FFA students give presentations to the 3rd-grade students about animals, plants, and farm machinery. The Chamber of Commerce holds an anual monthly luncheon in conjunction with the 3rd-grade field day.
